As no details were provided for cause of the takedown, so my guess still is that this was mistake on google side. If you avoid all of these prohibition and follow the terms and conditions of google play store, your account will never suspend. My account has been terminated on 19 mar 2019.

There is no way to contact google play. If your account is terminated, payments will cease and google may recover the proceeds of any past sales and/or the cost of any associated fees (such as chargebacks and transaction fees) from you. Use different bank card (not same name as the older one, you can get a friends card or go register a business entity, get a bank account for it and bank card for it)
I Was So Disappointed That Day.
Yes my account was terminated by google play, and yes two accounts. You'll need to sign in to your play console to modify and/or republish any reinstated apps to make them available on google play. We completely do not understand what could be a reason for such radical actions!
I Was Using Account For Over Month After That And No Other Game Got Suspended Because As I Improved The Game Quality Overall.
